SALON POLICY

Here at Roots, respect for your time and busy schedule is incredibly important to us. Due to many of our stylists operating at a full schedule, there are occasions where appointments do run longer than expected. If Your service provider is running more than 15 minutes behind, you will be promptly notified. 

If you believe that you may be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we ask that you would kindly notify us as soon as possible. Please know, if your service providers schedule is tight, you may be asked to reschedule. Multiple late occurrences beyond 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, and may be subject to a charge of 50% of service total at the discretion of salon management.

Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour cancellation for all appointments. Failure to give us 24 hour notice will result in 50% of service cost being charged to your credit card on file. 

We will be taking credit cards to secure all scheduled appointments. 

We do understand that emergencies are unavoidable. These situations will be assessed on a case by case basis.

Children Policy

We at Roots want everyone to have the best experience possible while visiting us. For safety reasons, and to maintain a calm, relaxing environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children only come with you if they’re receiving a service or are accompanied by another adult who isn’t receiving a service.

We’re happy to welcome children in strollers; however, please be aware that if your appointment runs longer due to tending to your child, there may be a charge for the additional time.

If these guidelines cannot be met, we may need to reschedule your appointment. We understand this might require some extra planning, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support.
