Here at Roots, respect for your time and busy schedule is incredibly important to us. Due to many of our stylists operating at a full schedule, there are occasions where appointments do run longer than expected. If Your service provider is running more than 15 minutes behind, you will be promptly notified.
If you believe that you may be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we ask that you would kindly notify us as soon as possible. Please know, if your service providers schedule is tight, you may be asked to reschedule. Multiple late occurrences beyond 15 minutes will be considered a no-show, and may be subject to a charge of 50% of service total at the discretion of salon management.
New Client Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour cancellation for all appointments. Failure to give us 24 hours’ notice will result in 50% of service cost being charged to your credit card on file. We will make exceptions for unavoidable emergencies (i.e. illness, inclement weather, etc.)
We will be taking credit card information for the following services: all color services, all nail services, all perms and straightening services, all extension services, all lash services. We will NOT require a credit card for haircutting services and waxing services.
After 2 late cancellations or no-shows, you may be asked to pre-pay for your services for you to make an appointment. Pre-payment will be put on a gift card that we can hold for the customer or it can be sent to the customer prior to their service.
