We want to thank you for allowing us to serve you on your special day! We will strive to make your time at Roots as pleasant and stress free as possible. To that end, we will service you with adequate staff and salon time to meet you and your parties needs. If you need to cancel any appointments associated with your party, kindly provide 72 hours notice for the cancellation of the entire party and 24 hours notice of an individual cancellation.

 

If cancellation for an entire wedding party is made less than 72 hours prior to your appointment date, an amount equaling 50% of the booked services will be charged to the credit card on file.

 

If cancellation for an individual of the wedding party is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment an amount equaling 50% of the booked services will be charged to the card on file.

 

There will be a 20% gratuity added to all bridal parties of 3 or more people.
